Girls try this workout by Sendi at home, outdoors or in the gym =)

  • Push ups 10 reps X 3 sets
  • Glute kickbacks 10 reps per leg X 3 sets
  • V crunches 10 reps X 3 sets
  • Laying leg raises 10 reps X 3 sets
  • Glute bridges 20 reps X 3 sets
  • Side band walks 20 reps X 3 sets

Lol.. did you come up with all that by yourself? I could Google over 100 different exercises that can be done anywhere and actually achieve results. The side band walks where she's walking like a crab with her baboon ass sticking out at the end is hilarious though. LMFAO! 😂
