It's great to build a strong body & be able to lift heavy weights in the gym! But I also believe in having a strong will & mind set. If you want to be able to continue to train harder & push yourself to new levels you must continue to focus your mind on reaching new goals & believing that you can always do better and become stronger. You must have a burning desire within your heart & thoughts to push through new pain barriers & make your body do things it's never done before if you want to succeed. You have to shock your muscles & lift heavier weights. You must tell yourself that you can do it & that you will never give up no matter how many times you don't perform as well as you had planned. Learn from your mistakes & implement new strategies. Do you homework & find out what foods & supplements you need to make sure your body is fuelled correctly. Hire a person coach or trainer that can guide & instruct you on your journey. Learn from more experienced weight lifters or bodybuilders that can teach you better form or simple tips that can fats truck your results and prevent unwanted injury.

Set a goal and then take it one step at a time! Don't rush the process, make sure you train hard but remember to enjoy your workouts and have some fun as well. Take regular progress pics and train with different mates. Learn as you go and try new training methods. If you really want to achieve your goals you have to focus on it every day and prioritise your day. There will be times when you feel unmotivated and wont want to hit the gym. But don't give in to being lazy, remember your goals & remind yourself that every workout is a good workout and you'll feel 100 times better for doing it.
