
Set a goal and then take it one step at a time! Don't rush the process, make sure you train hard but remember to enjoy your workouts and have some fun as well. Take regular progress pics and train with different mates. Learn as you go and try new training methods. If you really want to achieve your goals you have to focus on it every day and prioritise your day. There will be times when you feel unmotivated and wont want to hit the gym. But don't give in to being lazy, remember your goals & remind yourself that every workout is a good workout and you'll feel 100 times better for doing it.
